1. Open the Loop Experiences application.
  2. Log in to your account using your username and password.
  3. Once logged in, navigate to your Loop profile page. This can typically be accessed by tapping on your profile picture or username, or by going to the account settings section.
  4. On your Loop profile page, look for the ellipses or three-dot icon. This is usually located in the top right corner of the screen or near your profile picture.
  5. Tap on the ellipses icon to open a menu of options.
  6. In the menu, locate and select the “Manage Account” option. This may be labeled slightly differently, such as “Account Settings” or “Profile Settings.”
  7. On the “Manage Account” page, you should see options related to account management, including deactivation or deletion.
  8. Choose the “Deactivate” or “Delete Account” option, depending on your preference. Be aware that “Delete Account” is typically irreversible and will permanently remove your account and associated data.
  9. Follow any additional prompts or confirmation messages that appear on the screen. These may include warnings about data loss or requests for further verification.
  10. Complete the account deletion process by confirming your intent to delete the account.
  11. Once the deletion process is finalized, your account and associated data will be permanently removed from Loop Experiences. There is a thirty day grace period for your data to be purged from your account. As a requirement by the IRS, all financial information will be stored for up to seven years, before its permanently deleted from our systems.
