To ensure a positive community experience, we have established the following guidelines that outline the expected behavior and content standards. By using our app, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. Please read them carefully.
Loop Experiences strictly prohibits the following types of content:
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes or incites hatred, discrimination, or prejudice based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Harassment: Content that harasses, threatens, or intimidates individuals, including stalking, cyberbullying, or any form of unwanted contact or invasions of privacy.
- Explicit Material: Content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult-oriented in nature, including nudity, sexually explicit language, or graphic images.
- Violent or Graphic Content: Content that depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, gore, or any form of graphic or disturbing imagery.
- Illegal Activities: Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including but not limited to drug use, hacking, piracy, or any other activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or patent violations.
- Misinformation: Content that spreads false information, conspiracy theories, or deliberate deception.
- Any Other Content Violating Apple’s Guidelines and Policies: Content that violates the guidelines and policies set forth by Apple for apps distributed through the Apple App Store.
Loop Experiences strictly prohibits abusive behavior, including but not limited to:
- Personal Attacks: Engaging in personal attacks, insults, or threats towards other users.
- Discrimination: Engaging in discriminatory behavior or language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Trolling: Deliberately provoking or harassing other users with the intent to disrupt or upset the community.
- Impersonation: Impersonating or misrepresenting oneself as another individual or entity.
- Spamming: Engaging in spamming or excessive self-promotion within the app.
- Any Other Behavior Violating Apple’s Guidelines and Policies: Behavior that violates the guidelines and policies set forth by Apple for apps distributed through the Apple App Store.
Violation of these guidelines may result in various consequences, including but not limited to:
- Content Removal: Objectionable content identified within the app will be promptly removed.
- User Account Actions: Users found in violation may face warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from using the app.
- Legal Actions: In severe cases, Loop Experiences may take legal actions as permitted by law.
- Reporting to Authorities: Loop Experiences reserves the right to report illegal activities or behaviors to the appropriate authorities.
By using Loop Experiences, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these community guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the termination of your account and other appropriate actions as deemed necessary.
